Our Produce
Elderberry Edge Farm is being built around one core crop: elderberries. As the farm grows, our produce offerings will expand carefully and intentionally, with a focus on quality, freshness, and small-farm sustainability. We are developing our production plan season by season to ensure every future product reflects the same standards we use in the field.
The Freshest. Naturally Grown.
At Elderberry Edge Farm, freshness starts with how the plants are grown and how the harvest is handled. Our goal is to produce elderberries that are grown with care, harvested at the right time, and prepared for sale or processing with attention to quality at every step.
Because the farm is still in development, we are focused on building a strong foundation first: healthy soil, good planting systems, and practical seasonal workflows. This approach supports long-term quality and helps us grow responsibly as we expand into future elderberry-based products.
We believe small farms do best when they stay intentional. That means thoughtful growing practices, steady improvement, and a commitment to produce people can trust.

Elderberry Products
As production develops, we plan to expand beyond fresh berries into small-batch elderberry products. These offerings are part of the long-term vision for the farm and will be introduced as harvest volume and processing capacity grow.
Future products may include shelf-stable and seasonal options made from farm-grown elderberries, always with an emphasis on quality and simplicity.

- Seasonal product development
- Quality-first processing approach
- Future direct-to-customer options

Seasonal Farm Goods
In addition to elderberries, Elderberry Edge Farm may introduce complementary seasonal goods as the farm continues to grow. These offerings will be selected to fit the farm’s capacity, local conditions, and overall mission of sustainable small-scale production.
This category reflects our long-term vision: a focused elderberry farm with a thoughtful range of products that support the land, the business, and the customer experience.
- Seasonal farm offerings
- Small-scale production model
- Locally aligned crop planning
- Sustainability-minded expansion
- Quality over volume
- Future farm market potential
“Jeffrey is taking a smart, patient approach to building the farm, and that shows in how thoughtfully the produce plans are being developed. It already feels like a brand people will trust once harvests begin.”
